No. We are property investors and deal sourcers. There will be no fees charged to yourself as a seller, nor will we put your house ‘on the market’. We aim to provide a smooth and stress-free process with selling or renting your property.
Will you always buy my house?
No. We will attempt to help you where possible and place an offer swiftly, although sadly, not all deals are suitable for us as a company. Thus, we cannot guarantee an offer.
How much will you pay for my property?
